In the 'Interest' phase, the focus shifts to engaging stakeholders, generating enthusiasm and buy-in for the change. Through interactive sessions and discussions, employees become actively involved, voicing concerns and contributing ideas. This engagement is key to building momentum and readiness for practical changes.

The 'Trial' phase involves putting the change into practice in a controlled environment, allowing for feedback and adjustments. This testing phase is essential for addressing issues and fine-tuning the change before a full-scale implementation.

Finally, the 'Adaptation' phase fully integrates the change into the organization’s daily operations. Ongoing support and training are provided to ensure the change is sustainable, with continuous monitoring to assess its impact and effectiveness.
